What We Do

We have led the effort to permanently protect numerous properties severely impacted by neglect and development by previous owners. We have been at the forefront of nearly every major public land project in the area.

Our Mission

When acquiring property that is environmentally sensitive, we have had great success in partnering with various state agencies in the preservation and conservation of these projects. Regrettably, many owners are unaware of the highly environmentally sensitive nature of their properties. Its not uncommon for owners to disturb the endangered species because of their lack of information. We identify these properties and have had great success in mitigation and rehabilitating the damage that has been caused.
